This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Space Battle Arena (“Application”, “Game”), developed and published by DeRRok studio (“Service Provider”, “Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you download, install, access, or use the Game, how that information may be used, and what choices you have.

The Game is provided as a freemium mobile game and may include advertisements, analytics, in-app purchases, virtual currency, and Google Play services.

By using the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Terms of Use explain the rules for using the Game, including license restrictions, in-app purchases, virtual currency, advertising, prohibited actions, and limitations of liability.

3. Target Audience

The Game’s declared target audience is users aged 13 and older, including the following age groups:

  • 13–15;

  • 16–17;

  • 18 and older.

The Game is not intentionally directed to children under the age of 13.

If you are under the legal age of majority or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country or region, you should use the Game only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Information You Provide Directly

The Game does not require you to create a DeRRok studio account.

You may voluntarily provide information when you contact us for support, feedback, bug reports, or other requests. This may include:

  • your email address;

  • your name or nickname, if you choose to provide it;

  • the content of your message;

  • screenshots, technical information, or other details you choose to send us.

We use this information to respond to your request, investigate issues, provide support, improve the Game, protect our rights, and comply with applicable requirements.

5. Nickname

The Game may allow you to create or enter a nickname.

According to the current design of the Game, the nickname is stored locally on your device and is used inside the Game. We do not operate our own server for storing nicknames.

You should not use your real full name, email address, phone number, home address, or other personal contact information as your nickname.

6. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Game, certain information may be collected automatically by the Game or by third-party services integrated into the Game.

This may include:

  • device type and model;

  • operating system and version;

  • app version;

  • language and country or region settings;

  • IP address;

  • approximate location derived from IP address or network information;

  • device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app instance identifiers, or similar technical identifiers;

  • network connection status;

  • session start and end time;

  • time spent in the Game;

  • gameplay events and progression;

  • levels, upgrades, rewards, virtual currency events, purchases, balance events, and other in-game activity;

  • ad views, ad clicks, rewarded ad completion, and other advertising interactions;

  • diagnostics, crash-related information, technical logs, and performance information, where applicable.

We do not request access to your precise GPS location.

7. Android Permissions

The Game currently requests the following Android permissions:

  • android.permission.INTERNET

  • android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

These permissions are used to connect to online services, display advertisements, process in-app purchases, use analytics, access Google Play services, check network availability, and support online features.

The Game does not currently request permissions for:

  • precise location;

  • approximate Android location permission;

  • camera;

  • microphone;

  • contacts;

  • phone calls;

  • SMS;

  • external storage;

  • push notifications.

8. Third-Party Services

The Game uses third-party services that may collect and process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

The Game may use the following third-party services:

  • Google Play Services;

  • Google Play Games Services;

  • Google Play Billing;

  • Unity Ads;

  • Unity Analytics SDK;

  • GameAnalytics.

These services may process device information, app activity, advertising identifiers, purchase-related information, gameplay analytics, ad interaction data, crash or diagnostic data, and other technical information.

We do not control the data processing practices of third-party service providers. Their own privacy policies and terms apply to their processing of data.

9. Google Play Services, Cloud Saves, and Purchases

The Game may use Google Play services, including Google Play Games Services and Google Play Billing.

Google Play services may be used for:

  • installing and updating the Game;

  • in-app purchases;

  • purchase validation;

  • restoring purchases;

  • cloud saves;

  • platform account features;

  • platform security and fraud prevention.

If cloud saves are enabled, game progress or related gameplay data may be stored through Google Play Games Services. Cloud saves may require a Google account, internet connection, and availability of Google Play services.

Payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive limited purchase-related information such as product ID, purchase status, transaction confirmation, purchase token, and similar information needed to provide purchased content, restore purchases, and prevent fraud.

10. Advertising

The Game may display advertisements provided by Unity Ads.

Ads may include:

  • interstitial ads;

  • rewarded ads;

  • banner ads or other formats, if added in the future.

Unity Ads and related advertising services may collect or process data such as:

  • device information;

  • advertising identifier;

  • IP address;

  • approximate location;

  • ad views;

  • ad clicks;

  • ad completion events;

  • fraud prevention signals;

  • technical and diagnostic data.

This information may be used to:

  • show ads;

  • measure ad performance;

  • provide rewarded ads;

  • limit ad frequency;

  • prevent fraud and abuse;

  • improve advertising services;

  • provide contextual or personalized ads where allowed.

Ad availability may depend on your region, device, internet connection, age settings, privacy settings, and the availability of advertising providers.

If you purchase an ad removal option, standard forced third-party ads may be removed according to the Terms of Use. Optional rewarded ads may still be available if you choose to watch them for in-game rewards.

11. Analytics

The Game uses analytics services to understand how players interact with the Game and to improve gameplay, balance, performance, stability, and user experience.

The Game sends custom gameplay events through GameAnalytics.

The Game may also include the Unity Analytics SDK. According to the current design, custom gameplay events are not intentionally sent through Unity Analytics. However, depending on SDK version, configuration, and enabled Unity services, Unity Analytics SDK may process analytics-related information.

Analytics data may include:

  • session duration;

  • progression;

  • levels started or completed;

  • virtual currency events;

  • purchases and economy events;

  • rewards;

  • feature usage;

  • device and app information;

  • country or region;

  • technical identifiers;

  • performance or diagnostic information.

We do not intentionally send your real name, email address, phone number, home address, or other direct contact information to analytics services.

Analytics helps us improve the Game, balance gameplay, find issues, understand player behavior, and make better development decisions.

12. Virtual Currency and Game Progress

The Game may include virtual currency and virtual resources, including but not limited to:

  • crystals;

  • credits;

  • experience;

  • energy;

  • boosters;

  • upgrades;

  • other in-game items or benefits.

Information about virtual currency, purchases, rewards, progression, and gameplay activity may be stored locally on your device and may also be processed by analytics services or Google Play services where applicable.

Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world monetary value and are governed by the Terms of Use.

13. How We Use Information

We may use collected information for the following purposes:

  • to operate and provide the Game;

  • to provide offline and online gameplay features;

  • to save or restore progress where available;

  • to process and restore in-app purchases;

  • to provide virtual currency, rewards, and purchased items;

  • to display advertisements;

  • to provide rewarded ads;

  • to analyze gameplay and improve balance;

  • to improve the Game’s performance, stability, and user experience;

  • to detect bugs, crashes, technical issues, and errors;

  • to prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, and unauthorized activity;

  • to respond to support requests;

  • to comply with platform requirements and applicable law.

14. Sharing of Information

We do not directly sell users’ personal information.

However, information may be shared with or processed by third-party services integrated into the Game, including Google Play services, Unity Ads, Unity Analytics SDK, and GameAnalytics.

We may share information in the following cases:

  • with third-party service providers that help us operate, monetize, analyze, and improve the Game;

  • with platform providers such as Google Play for purchases, cloud saves, platform features, and security;

  • with advertising providers for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and rewarded ads;

  • with analytics providers for gameplay analytics and product improvement;

  • when required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request;

  • when necessary to protect our rights, users, the Game, or third-party services;

  • in connection with a transfer, merger, acquisition, or reorganization of the Game or developer assets, if such event occurs.

Depending on the laws of your country or region, some advertising-related data processing may be considered “sharing” or “sale” of personal information. You may contact us using the email above for privacy-related requests.

15. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Local game data, such as settings, nickname, progress, and local saves, may remain on your device until you delete the Game, clear app data, or reset your device.

Support emails and user-provided information may be retained for as long as necessary to respond to requests, resolve issues, protect our rights, and comply with legal obligations.

Analytics, advertising, purchase-related, and platform data may be retained by third-party services according to their own retention policies.

Because the Game does not use a DeRRok studio account system or our own user server, we may have limited ability to identify specific data stored by third-party providers unless you provide enough information to locate it, such as a player identifier, device identifier, purchase information, or support code where available.

Please include enough information for us to understand and process your request. Do not send full payment card details.

You may also delete local game data by uninstalling the Game or clearing the Game’s app data on your device.

For data processed by Google Play, Unity, or GameAnalytics, deletion may also be subject to the tools, procedures, and privacy policies of those third-party providers.

We will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal, technical, security, and platform limitations.

17. Your Choices

Depending on your device, region, and available features, you may be able to:

  • uninstall the Game to stop further data collection by the Game;

  • clear local app data on your device;

  • reset or delete your Android advertising ID;

  • limit ad personalization in your Google or Android settings;

  • manage Google Play Games settings through your Google account;

  • contact us to request deletion of user-provided information;

  • contact third-party providers according to their own privacy procedures.

Some online features, advertising, analytics, purchases, cloud saves, and rewarded ads may not function correctly if certain data processing is limited or unavailable.

18. Children and Teen Privacy

The Game’s target audience is users aged 13 and older. The Game is not intentionally directed to children under the age of 13.

The Game does not require users to create a DeRRok studio account, and we do not ask users to provide a real name, home address, phone number, photo, voice recording, or email address in order to play.

If you are under the legal age of majority or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country or region, you should use the Game only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Third-party services integrated into the Game, including advertising, analytics, and platform services, may process technical identifiers, app activity, advertising data, device information, and other information as described in this Privacy Policy and in their own privacy policies.

19. International Data Transfers

The Game and the third-party services used in the Game may process and store information on servers located in different countries.

These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country or region.

By using the Game, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence.

20. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the Game.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your device, Google account, and platform account secure.

21. No Precise Location, Camera, Microphone, or Contacts Access

The Game does not request access to precise GPS location, camera, microphone, contacts, phone calls, SMS, external storage, or push notifications.

Approximate location may still be inferred by third-party services from IP address or device/network information for purposes such as analytics, advertising, regional settings, security, and fraud prevention.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
